Manu National Reserve: It is widely recognized internationally as one of the areas with the greatest biodiversity of species in the world, the Manu National Park covers what is equivalent to half the area of Switzerland. Within it, there is an incredible hidden world of flora and fauna, as well as some small settlements of human communities, indigenous communities with virtually no contact with humanity that have separated from their larger tribal groups. Manu National Park was created in 1973 as a national park and declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1987, it is more difficult to access than Tambopata or Pacaya-Samiria. However, when you get there, you will soon realize how beautiful the surroundings are.
It starts from the heights of the cloud forest that is better known as SAN PEDRO to the meandering brown waters of the humid tropical jungle, it is not surprising that the park houses such a wide spectrum of plants, trees, mammals, birds, reptiles, batrachians, amphibians and many more great diversities and different species that inhabit the manu national reserve area.
In addition to the biological diversity that exists in the Manu National Park, the area is held in high esteem historically, and many experts claim that it was the final refuge for the Incas upon the arrival of the Spanish. Many legends tell that the lost city of Paititi is located in the region, making it an attraction for many interested visitors over the years.

All the individuals in the groups under study had died and the Carayá Rojo de Misiones population was almost extirpated, and could become extinct with the next outbreak of yellow fever. IUCN believes that one goal of nature conservation is to maintain the current genetic diversity and viable wild populations of all taxa in the wild in order to maintain biological interactions, function and ecological processes. Conservation and decision-making managers should take a realistic and integrated approach to conservation implementation. Threats to in situ biological diversity continue to spread, and taxa must survive in increasingly human-modified environments. The threats; which include habitat loss, climate change, unsustainable use, and invasive and pathogenic organisms; They can be difficult to control. The reality of the current situation is that we will be unable to ensure the survival of an increasing number of threatened taxa without the effective use of a diverse range of complementary conservation techniques and approaches, including, for some taxa, increasing the role and practical use of ex situ techniques. The effective use of these resources represents an essential component of conservation strategies at all levels.
